Party Terms & Conditions
When making a party booking we will require a provisional number of children, along with a £50 deposit to secure the booking. Final numbers will be confirmed 5 days before the party date and will we also require the balance paying in full at this time.
Deposits are non-refundable, however we would be more than happy to rearrange the date or time of the party subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment of the full balance by the due date.
Children must be supervised by parent/carers whilst visiting the Big Apple Play City. Due to our schedules, party guests will not be admitted into the building until the allocated party time and must vacate promptly when their allocated party time has ended. Party guests must also arrive and leave the specified party areas within the time they are allocated – this is important to allow us time to clean and prepare the area for the next guest.
Our standard rules of play must be adhered to by all visitors.
